Terms of Service

By accessing or using BDRecruit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BDRecruit provides an online résumé builder with ATS scoring, template selection, PDF export, and optional AI-powered writing assistance. The Service is offered under a Free tier and a Pro tier. Features available under each tier are described on our Pricing page.

You must provide a valid email address or authenticate via Google to use certain features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@bdrecruit.net.

The Free tier allows access to three (3) résumé templates and core builder features. The Pro tier unlocks all templates and AI features and is granted via an access link. We reserve the right to modify tier features at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service

Résumé data is stored in your browser’s local storage and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a share or sync feature. Your email address is stored solely for authentication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

AI writing assistance is powered by third-party providers (Groq / Meta Llama). AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before submitting it to employers. BDRecruit makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI suggestions.

All résumé content you create remains your own. BDRecruit retains all rights to the Service, templates, code, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial résumé creation.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that résumés created with the Service will result in employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDRecruit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or missed employment opportunities.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
